Happy 25th Birthday LeBron!

What do you get a man who already has everything? Nothing, he gets it himself. LeBron treated himself to 48 points and a win over Eastern rival Atlanta last night on his 25th birthday. That's right, that's not a typo, he's only 25 years old.After beating the Lakers on Christmas Day the Cavs have lead the NBA's power rankings and have played up to the #1 ranking. Cleveland's 106-101 victory last night was the teams 26th this season.

Whether you're a Cavs fan or not you have to respect what LeBron has done by the age of 25. He became the Cavs all-time leading scorer last year passing Brad Daugherty. He also won the 2008-2009 NBA MVP Award and at this rate he could win the 2009-2010 MVP as well. But I will bet anything that LeBron would trade all of this success, fame and fortune for an NBA Championship, and if the Cavs hope to win one this is the year.

Let's just hope we all get what we want this year... LeBron vs. Kobe in the NBA Finals.

LeBron Stole Christmas in LA

LeBron and the Cavs dominated the Lakers yesterday at the Staples Center 102-87. Kobe scored 35 but LeBron and Williams combined for 54 points in the route. Lakers fans were so frustrated with their team's performance they started throwing foam fingers and other chachka onto the floor. Nobody was hurt, with exception of Kobe's feelings, after getting beat at home, on Christmas day by his roommate and old teammate.   

Bah humbug Kobe, bah humbug.

We hope Santa brought you some great gifts this morning. After you open your gifts and stuff your face the entertainment begins...

The Celtics are in Orlando to take on the Magic in what could be a preview of the Eastern Conference Championship. Paul Pierce is out for two weeks after getting his knee drained but this should still be an entertaining match-up. Immediately after the Boston vs. Orlando game Kobe and LeBron square-off in Los Angeles for a dream match-up between the two top talents in the NBA. Throw in the fact that Shaqwill be making a return visit to the Staples Center and you've got a recipe sweeter than Aunt Jemimah. We predict an upset as Shaq looks to settle the score against his old teammates.
